AddiPlan

AddiPlan is a Manufacturing Execution System specifically designed for Laser Powder Bed Fusion processes and production planning in the metal additive manufacturing industry.

Operating Environment

This software has been specifically tailored to the needs of the metal additive manufacturing industry. AddiMap

The funded innovation project AddiMap aims to advance a platform-based B2B ecosystem for the data-driven further development of metal additive manufacturing.

Operating Environment

In this project, an open B2B platform ecosystem for all stakeholders in the field of additive manufacturing (AM), specifically for the use of metallic powder materials and the Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) process, is to be established. The platform is intended to serve as the center for the industrialization of additive manufacturing and, in the long term, will consist of various key functions and smart services based on artificial intelligence methods.

Objective

The project objective is to advance the industrialization and market growth of additive manufacturing technology for more sustainable production processes and to make it available to the entire market as an open system. Smart services are developed and offered to enable material and process innovations.

The project is funded by Invest BW, a funding program of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism of Baden-Württemberg.

Test Management Software

The standardized testing of properties such as driving safety and vehicle functions is becoming increasingly important. The offer calculator is a web app where CAD components and manufacturing requirements can be directly transferred into an offer. Our software can be flexibly integrated with ERP and MES systems.

Operating Environment

The technical sales team is empowered with this software tool to quickly create competitive offers for their customers, even with increasingly smaller batch sizes, without having to resort to mixed calculations. User acceptance is promoted through targeted user experience (UUX) design.
